These terms explain how couples and vendors should use BrideSide respectfully, accurately, and transparently.

Couples / Users Terms & Conditions

  • BrideSide is a wedding service marketplace connecting users with independent vendors.
  • Users are responsible for providing accurate event details, including event type, location, date, and time.
  • Users must review vendor profiles, pricing, availability, and service details before booking.
  • Payments, if available through the platform, must follow BrideSide's payment process.
  • Vendor acceptance may be required before a booking is fully confirmed.
  • If a vendor rejects a booking, the user will be guided according to BrideSide's refund, wallet, or rebooking process.
  • Users must communicate respectfully with vendors.
  • Users must not misuse the platform or provide false booking information.
  • Ratings and reviews must be honest and based on real service experience.
  • BrideSide may update its terms from time to time.

Vendor / Service Provider Terms & Conditions

  • Vendors are independent service providers using BrideSide to promote and offer wedding services.
  • Vendors are responsible for keeping their profile, pricing, portfolio, location, and availability accurate.
  • Vendors must respond to booking requests professionally and within a reasonable time.
  • Vendors must only accept bookings they can fulfill.
  • Vendors must provide the service as described in their listing.
  • Vendors are responsible for their own transport, equipment, service quality, and business obligations.
  • Vendors must communicate respectfully with users.
  • Vendors must not bypass BrideSide to avoid applicable platform processes or fees when a booking was initiated through BrideSide.
  • BrideSide takes a 3% platform fee from the vendor's listed service price only after the service has been successfully provided.
  • The 3% platform fee does not apply to travelling fee.
  • Vendor payout may be processed after successful service completion and any applicable confirmation period.
  • Vendors must provide accurate bank account details for payout.
  • BrideSide may suspend or remove vendor accounts that provide false information, misuse the platform, repeatedly cancel accepted bookings, or receive serious complaints.
  • BrideSide may update vendor terms from time to time.
